Fortify Depot reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on www.fortifydepot.com and will take immediate effect. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Return & Refund Policy Overview
Customers may request a return or refund within 25 days of delivery. Exceptions may apply for specific products as noted on their respective pages.
If a return is required, we may request supporting evidence such as photos or videos. All return and refund requests must be made through your Fortify Depot customer account or by contacting our support team.
In the event of any discrepancy between this policy and any product-specific return terms, the terms stated here shall govern.
Order Cancellation
Before an order is shipped, customers may request cancellation by using the "Request Refund" button in their Fortify Depot account or contacting customer support. We reserve the right to approve or reject cancellation requests.
We also reserve the right to cancel and refund the order in cases where the item is unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.
Returns for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly not as described, please submit a return or refund request with valid proof (e.g., photos or videos). Upon verification:
We will provide a prepaid return label if a return is required.
Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of confirmation or once the returned item shows as in transit.
If redelivery is requested and the item is available, it will be shipped within 5 business days of approval.
Remorse-Based Returns
Remorse-based returns (for non-defective items) may be accepted at our discretion and may be subject to a restocking and repacking fee. This fee shall not exceed 35% of the total order value.
Refund Timing
Refunds will be processed within 3 business days once eligibility is confirmed and applicable return steps are completed.
Shipping Issues
1. Invalid Tracking Information:
If tracking details are invalid and no corrected information is provided within 4 business days, we will issue a refund.
2. Lack of Tracking Updates:
If tracking does not update within 7 business days and the delivery window is exceeded, we will review the case and issue a refund if appropriate.
3. Extended Delivery Delays:
If transit time exceeds the estimated delivery date by more than 10 days and no tracking update is provided, a refund may be issued after review.
Orders Returned or Destroyed in Transit
If an order is returned in transit, we will either process a refund or initiate redelivery based on your preference. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of return initiation; redelivery will occur within 5 business days.
If goods are confirmed destroyed in transit, we will process a refund or redelivery within the same respective timelines.
Incorrect Shipping Information
If incorrect shipping information is provided at checkout, customers are responsible for any resulting delivery issues. We will make reasonable efforts to assist where possible. If products are returned in good condition, a refund will be issued within 3 business days or redelivery will be initiated within 5 business days. Additional redelivery fees may apply.
Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with the resolution of an order issue, you may open a dispute through your Fortify Depot account. All disputes will be reviewed within 5 business days, and a final resolution will be provided within 14 days.
